Better communication at work starts with a cleaner signal

Most workplace communication is not broken because people are not talking.
It is broken because everybody is talking at the same time.
Emails, meetings, slack, teams, town halls, announcements, and the list goes on and on.
That is not communication, that is a fog machine with bullet points.
The strongest leaders do not always say more, they create a cleaner signal.
A cleaner signal means your message is clear enough to be remembered, human enough to be trusted, and simple enough to be repeated.
Because repetition is where culture begins.
If your team cannot repeat what matters, they cannot rally around it.
Workplace communication doesn't have to be an unreadable map.

So before your next big message, ask three questions:
What do we need people to know?
What do we need people to feel?
What do we need people to do next?
That simple rhythm changes everything.
Know. Feel. Do.
That is communication with shoes on. It can walk somewhere.
In my work with leaders and teams, I help organizations move from crowded communication to connected communication. Let's get to more action.
